I was referred to Tammi by a friend after I complained about feeling very flat and depleted after a long Winter of flu and colds. Tammi put me on a course of herbs and tinctures and made a few (important) lifestyle adjustments which have made a huge improvement to my general health and well being. During the course of this process Tammi also started treating my Psoriasis which has also shown huge improvement! She's fantastic.

I've been to see Tammi a few times and I really like that she offers a range of holistic treatments.
I've been to see her for Reiki when I was stressed out and I left feeling much better.
I've been to her for Pilates when I injured my back and she helped me sort that out.
I also went to see her for herbal medicine as I was feeling rundown and needed to find out why. She gave me excelelnt nutritional advice as well as a personal blend of herbs and teas that really helped.
I'd definitely go back to her again!
